Interesting post,, I've been debating whether I should become a vegetarian or not,, but more because of the health reasons.
However, this gives me another reason to stay in love with meat..
I raise chickens in my backyard. Although it's not red meat, i think it's a great way to fill my crave for meat

The mono-cultures and effects of soya production are something environmentalists should be concerned about. A cow grazing in a grassy meadow - there is nothing wrong with that picture.

Interesting that some of the industries designed to help "save the world" are actually doing more harm than good. I love animals and our planet but I'm not a vegetarian. The way I see it, no matter how technologically advanced or intelligent we are, we are still a part of nature and we were designed to have meat in our diet.

Probably, this issue regarding tofu is proven and tested by the experts, but some people might be confused about it because of the nutrients that we could have from this kind of food. I just get confused about it too, but it doesn't matter anyway I could rely to this article.

That was very interesting and insightful.  Tofu confuses me, and trust me we have tried to embrace it into our diet.  Not happening, well now I have a new view point of why we don't have to actually eat it.  Bring on the beef, still not a fan of lamb, sorry.

Huh.. didn't realize that Tofu had such a negative Impact. We hear about the gas released from Beef farming and how it can cause problems... Will have to rethink my use of Tofu I guess.
