Where's the beef? A better question may be what's in that beef?  A South Dakota packing plant owner came up with a way to use fatty trimmings, once only suited for pet food and cooking oil, for lean ground beef. The answer is ammonia.

Skin Prick Test for Allergy

It’s better to have safety procedures in beef processing because it may cause a problem to the consumers who are very love eating or buying beefs. Like I do, I love eating beef so I’m conscious enough when I am trying to buy from the market because I’m a health conscious otherwise it’s better than never. Thanks for sharing!
